Privacy policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
I read every message myself, I only use it to reply to you and I don't share it with anyone.
Here I explain, in plain words, what I do with the data you send me when you write to me.
Data controller
- Controller: Carlos Pérez Roldán
- Address: Sevilla, Aljarafe (Spain)
- Contact: contacto@nevuko.com
What data I collect
Only what you send me when you get in touch (through the form, by email or on WhatsApp): your name, your email and the content of your message. In the form you also tell me the project type.
What I use it for
To reply to your enquiry. I don't use it for anything else: I won't send you advertising or give it to anyone else to do so.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by writing to me (in the form, by ticking the privacy box). You can withdraw it at any time.
Minors
If you are under 16, you need permission from your mother, father or legal guardian before sending me your data.
Who else sees it
I don't share your data with third parties. It only goes through these providers, and solely so that email and the website work:
- Gmail, my email, where I receive your messages.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website and receives form messages.
Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States, so form data may leave the European Union, with the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation. Gmail may also make international data transfers to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you write to me on WhatsApp, those messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
How long I keep it
One year from our last conversation, unless we stay in touch about your project. After that, I delete it.
How I protect it
The website always runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and only I have access to my email and to the form messages.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to me at contacto@nevuko.com. I will reply within one month at the latest.
If you think I haven't handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies. You'll find all the details in the cookie policy.
Changes to this policy
If I change anything, you'll see it here, with the date of the last update at the very top.
